Giving Thanks for the Holidays
Hello folks. It's been so long since I've done a post on MC. I've been so busy with life, family, and home. There was a time, when it was just me, that I would've spent much of this time creating and just paying attention to Steve (me). Now, I use some of that time to pay closer attention to family and friends. For instance, we decided to travel to Houston, Texas to see family for Thanksgiving. When we first told our family that we would travel to see them for the Thanksgiving holiday, they didn't believe us. Besides, it takes about 22 hours by car to get to Houston from the DC Metro area. As a matter of fact, everyone we told thought that we were nuts, but we wanted to do it. So, we hit the road. It was beautiful open highway. My wife and I had long talks about life and God as we traveled down the road. We didn't go straight there, so we stopped in Atlanta to see my family. it was nice to see them, bu...
