Message for the New Year

I am so so happy that the holiday season is here. Can you tell? I mean, just look at my body language. A burden has been lifted; my spirit has been renewed and there are new and wonderful things on the horizon for 2008! For now, I sigh and give thanks to God for sustaining me and hearing my prayers.

By the way, my first semester teaching at the community college was interesting. I didn't fail anyone; they did it all alone. *smile* I am going to continue teaching as an adjunct in the evenings when time permits. As for January, I have other things to focus on. I am very excited about the new year. I expect great things for all of us. Keep your eyes on the prize and I wish you PEACE & PROSPERITY in the new year. Now, click here for Happy Holidays!!

All the best, Stephen. I'm glad you made it through to the end of the semester. I've had some adjuncts quit after the first week.

So, in more ways than one, you're a survivor!

Thank you, Geoffrey.

Dig it. They earned it all by themselves. :)

Thank you, sir. Many blessings to you and yours.

I'm ready for everything. :)

I taught English Comp. It was cool because I was also sharpening my own writing skills.

Oooh, I'm glad I'm not the only one who failed people - that is, whose students failed themselves!

Haha, that pic. of you is how I feel right now. Weary. I think I overdid the housework. But the spirit is upbeat. I'm looking forward to the new year...but a bit nervous. So much to do, so much to get done.

Best of everything to you and Mrs. Bess and family.
