More Sweet Soul

Chaka Khan & Rufus - Sweet Thing
Video sent by PeteRock

This week has been a real challenge, but I made it through. Why Chaka Khan? Well, I just love me some Chaka! This is a sweet song and she has a sweet voice. Have a great weekend and I'll be back next week with something we can talk about or discuss. Peace~

Chaka-Chaka-Chaka. O, yes. But seriously Bess, you'd better stop posting these Chaka videos on your blog. You're a married man and you can only get away with "I swear, baby, it's just the music. You know I don't roll like that" but so many times. I have the lumps on my head to prove it. Try posting audio only. "But, Alex, I love the lighting in this video." I know. I feel your pain. O, Chaka.

Hello, Faith. Where is your blog? I can't find you.

I know Alex. My wife knows that Chaka can't touch her with a ten foot pole. I feel you though because if I'm not careful she'll touch me with that ten foot pole. Hee hee! :)

Blk Feline-
Hey! How are you? Long time. :)

P.Wife-
Hey! How are you? Yes, I changed it up a bit. I guess I'll keep it like this for a while. How do you like my new Chaka Khan lamp shades? :)

Kai-
Hello Kai! Thank you for stopping by. :)

Susan-
Thank you. :)

Bronze-
Hey! I thought you were gone?? Well, I'm glad you're back. I read your profile page and I wanted to get in touch to express my displeasure. I'll check by. Hit me on email if your not back.

Is Chaka a stage name? In Sesotho it's the name of that terrible Zulu king, known to everyone else as Shaka or uShaka.

If you haven't already read it, I recommend the historical novel "Chaka," by Thomas Mofolo, one of the first novelists on the African continent. He was a Mosotho from the village of Morija.
