Out Of Body Experience
"Out of body" experiences (OBEs) are personal experiences during which people feel as if they are perceiving the physical world from a location outside of their physical bodies. At least 5 and perhaps as many as 35 of every 100 people have had an OBE at least once in their lives" (Blackmore, 1982).
Good afternoon. First, Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers in the world. I enjoyed the time spent with my mother yesterday.
I wanted to share a photograph that I took not long ago. This is actually a picture of my cousin looking in the direction of someone that resembles him from the neck up. :) It's as if he is observing himself.
What if you could oberserve yourself? Do you think that you would want to make changes about yourself based on your observation? Perhaps, you would be amazed at how wonderful you really are? What do you think?

I would want to be wiser.
I often pray for wisdom
Our mother's day (Mothering Sunday) was a few weeks ago - but I wish all mothers who were left out a happy day.
OBEs to us across the pond means going to Buckingham Palace and being given the Order of the British Empire (something).
On the last question - I try not to look at myself - never sure if I am complete!!!
Nice blog, it's my first visit...I think I'd want to stand my ground more often, if I were to change something.

I agree, there is still work to be done when it comes to Stephen. :)

Welcome and thank you. Courage is an important quality. Continue to strive for that.
I think one of me is enough. My freinds wouldn't cope!!! That being said, I think meeting my doppleganger would be cool, imagine that one person who would hear the same thing you do when you listen to Miles David gondwanaland....cat in a room fool of rockin' chairs...(I love Miles, but that one album, I think he ate some bad sushi!)
I observed certain things through my blog and was left with no choice but to make some changes which I feel miles better for. Writing a blog is like having an OBE every day ;)

2 of you would be too much for this world, huh? lol. :)

I'll bet it is for you because your readers leave there bodies as well. I'm swept away into your world everytime I visit. It says a lot about your talent for storytelling. Krik Krak.... :)

If I looked at myself out of myself and could change myself....well I'd definitely be a six foot tall, very dark, sistuh with smoking eyes and walk around all day in a dayglo pink bikini and a very nappy, very big afro...Does that make me shallow?

lol!!! :) No, that makes you Ghetto-Fine! That's funny!
Wow!! people say I am humble, but I definitely pray to see more humility in myself. I was begat of a proud albeit very humble Prince :) If the Lord could give me a pinch of his humility!!! That's my OBE ya'll
If I could observe myself I know I'd fall in love....

the father gives your hearts desire. If that is truly in your heart it will be granted.

Wow! That's love. :)
Hi. I read this a few days ago, and it's still with me, as I daydream at red lights and such. Nice, thought-provoking post.
