Photograph and Thoughts

The day is cool and misty like my mood.
It is uncertain as to what lies ahead?
My only sunshine is my faith in the creator and the possibility of a love supreme.

THis picture is amazing. Go toward the light. And I notice not only is there a light at the end of the tunnel, but everyone seems to be facing the light.

Haa haa! :) Poltergeist...Go towards the light. There are less people on the far left that are moving away from light. Yes, This is a picture of my subway stop going to work here in DC. The photographer really captured a mood here. I think that it set a tone for what I wanted to express.

See, now you're inspiring me to write some short and beautiful stuff, with my long-winded self. Think I'll go do that now. :)
I can't believe you said the Poltergeist line. I was thinking it before I read your reply.

"Carol Ann!"
"Mommy!"
"Carol Ann!!"
"Mommy!!"
"Go INTO the light!"

lol

that's the subway? that's scarier than NYC's. It looks like that bunker in the tv show Lost.

(I'm gonna have to call you guys Stephen I and Stephen II!!):)

Stephen I (the person whose blog this is),

I bet you have some great stories about your subway riding experiences. I'm sure you meet some of the most interesting/strange/wonderful people. I talk a bit about my experiences w/ public transportation at my other blog. I could tell you some stories! :)

Have a great weekend...take care.

Haa haa... or I can be SAB and Mr. Jordan, SEJ. :) Otherwise, we sound like ruling Kings. I am just a humble servant.

I do meet and see interesting people on the train. I've written some poems inspired by the train ride home. Check out June 17th in my archive.

interesting photo...and that can be interpreted in many ways...most obviously finding the light at the end of the tunnel.

Yes, it also reminds me of the transition that I've always imagined in the after life.
